Common Area Treatment The Greenery will apply a pest preventative to common areas along Sun City Boulevard from Monday, September 14 through Wednesday, September 16.

BrightView will be applying herbicide in Sun City West along Sundance Drive from the East Argent Parkway entrance to Hickory Shad Road on Tuesday, September 15.

Residents and pets should remain off all treated areas for 48 hours. Signs will be posted in treated areas.

Chat with Resident Board Members Wednesday, September 16 at 9:30 a.m. in Pinckney Hall During the chat, residents are invited to ask their questions directly to the Resident Board members.

Scam Prevention Presentation Thursday, September 17 at 2:30 p.m. in Pinckney Hall Sun City Security will host a presentation about scams on Thursday, September 17 at 2:30 p.m. in Pinckney Hall. All residents are invited to attend.

North Gate Road Resurfacing Project Road resurfacing at the North Gate is starting this evening due to weather delays. The project is expected to take approximately two weeks, weather permitting. Traffic control personnel and signage will be in place throughout the project.

The exit gate will be in the upright position from 7 a.m.–11 p.m. while Security personnel are on duty. After hours, please proceed with caution when approaching the exit gate at a slower rate of speed. The gates will be operating at a much slower opening pace as construction is taking place. Pool Improvements Continue The Riverbend outdoor pool is closed as part of the pool improvements project and will reopen on Tuesday, October 6. Click here for more information.
