Pool Improvements Update: Riverbend Is Open! The Riverbend outdoor pool is now open following pool improvement work.
Because the new plaster requires a curing period, the pool cannot be heated for the remainder of this pool season. This is necessary to protect the new surface and help ensure its longevity. We appreciate your understanding.
The Association is making great progress on the community-wide pool improvements, with two locations remaining: • Hidden Cypress: October 12 – October 25 • Lakehouse Indoor and Outdoor Pools: October 26 – November 15
These upgrades will help make the pools more reliable, reduce closures due to equipment issues, and create a cleaner, more enjoyable experience for residents. The improvements are also expected to provide long-term savings for the community by reducing equipment maintenance, replacement and future reserve costs.
Thank you for your patience as we finish these last two locations!
Children's Pool Hour Updates During upcoming pool improvements, the children's pool hours originally scheduled at a closed pool will be relocated to Riverbend outdoor pool. Beginning Monday, October 12, children's pool hours are also available at the Purrysburg indoor pool from 3–5 p.m. daily.
Mulching Center The Mulching Center, located on Red Dam Road next to the Golf Maintenance Yard, is available for residents to dispose of their yard debris and green waste. The center is open daily from 7 a.m.–7 p.m. Access to the center is monitored by security cameras and an activity card is required for entrance.
