Pool Improvements Coming Soon The Association is pleased to share upcoming improvements to the community pools as part of our continued commitment to enhancing the resident experience. Facilities Manager Bill Martin has been working closely with our pool vendor to install brand-new equipment at all Sun City pools. These upgrades are expected to improve overall reliability and help reduce closures caused by equipment downtime.
The hot tubs will also receive UV lighting, a newer technology that helps better control chloramines and certain bacteria that can be resistant to chlorine. This improvement will help provide a cleaner, more enjoyable hot tub experience for residents.
In addition to improving the resident experience, this program is expected to provide long-term cost savings for the community. Through an agreement with the pool vendor, the equipment will be provided, maintained and replaced as needed, helping reduce both operating expenses and future reserve funding needs.
To complete this work, each pool will need to close for approximately two weeks while the existing equipment is replaced. Please review the closure schedule below. We appreciate your patience and understanding as these important improvements are completed, and we thank the Facilities Team for their diligent work to bring these upgrades and cost savings to the community.

North Main Gate Road Resurfacing Project To help maintain and improve the community's infrastructure, road resurfacing at the North Main Gate is tentatively scheduled to begin in mid-August, weather permitting. A confirmed start date will be shared as soon as the contractor's schedule is finalized.
What to Expect North Gate Road will be milled and resurfaced with new asphalt to provide a smoother, safer driving surface. The project is anticipated to take approximately two weeks to complete.
Most resurfacing activities will occur during evening hours to reduce impacts on residents and traffic. Some curb repairs will need to be completed during daytime hours.
After the milling process, the roadway will temporarily be rough and uneven until the final asphalt surface is installed. Traffic control personnel and signage will be in place to help guide motorists safely through the work zone.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete these improvements. The Association's goal is to enhance the quality and longevity of this important entrance road while minimizing inconvenience to residents. Additional updates will be provided as they become available.
