Below are the candidates running for the Board of Directors in the 2026 Community Election. Homeowners will elect one member to the Board of Directors (BOD), and homeowners in 34 neighborhoods will also vote for a Neighborhood Representative (NR) and Alternate Neighborhood Representative (ANR). The Board candidates may begin active campaigning on Monday, August 10.
Election Information More information, including the timeline of election events, can be found on the Election page of the community website. Voting instructions will also be available online and in the October issue of SunSations. Elected members will take office on January 1, 2027.
Remember, your vote matters! A 20 percent quorum is needed to validate the BOD and each neighborhood's election. Only one vote per household is permitted. Renters are not eligible to vote in the Community Election.
