Celebrating Leadership Promotions That Strengthen Our Community
Dear Residents,
The Association is pleased to share two exciting leadership updates that reflect our continued commitment to enhancing the resident experience and investing in the talented team that serves the Sun City Hilton Head community.
At Sun City Hilton Head, our team plays a vital role in delivering the programs, services, amenities and experiences that make the community such a special place to live. As we continue to invest in our people and strengthen our organization, I am pleased to share two leadership promotions that will help support our commitment to exceptional service, resident engagement and effective communication.
Congratulations to [resident]- Director of Operations [resident] has been promoted to Director of Operations for Sun City Hilton Head.
In her new role, [resident] will oversee Lifestyle Services, the Health and Wellness Department along with Food and Beverage, while also partnering closely with me on key organizational initiatives and support for our Board of Directors. This expanded leadership role will help strengthen collaboration across several resident-focused areas of the community, ensuring we continue to provide exceptional programs, services, amenities and experiences.
Many residents know [resident] through her leadership as the Director of Lifestyle Services and her dedication to creating engaging opportunities that help make Sun City such a vibrant place to live. Throughout her time with the Association, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to service, teamwork and resident satisfaction.
Adding to her accomplishments, [resident] recently earned her CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation, a nationally recognized certification that reflects her commitment to professional excellence, continued learning and the community association profession.
We are excited about the leadership, experience and energy [resident] will bring to this expanded role and the positive impact it will have on our residents and community.
Congratulations to [resident]- Communications Manager We are also excited to announce the promotion of [resident] from Communications Specialist to Communications Manager.
Since joining Sun City Hilton Head in November 2022, [resident] has made significant contributions through her professionalism, creativity and dedication to keeping residents informed and engaged. Her work has supported many of our communication initiatives and helped strengthen connections across our community.
In her new role, [resident] will continue leading and enhancing our communications efforts while taking on additional responsibilities that will further support the Association and the residents we serve.
Both [resident] and [resident] exemplify the professionalism, dedication and commitment to service that help make Sun City Hilton Head a special place to live.
